 25th Anniversary of the Andorran Constitution
 Description of the design:
 The design features the "Monument to the Men and Women of Andorra Who Promulgated the Constitution", which stands in the square in front of the Consell General (Andorra's Parliament). This monument, which shows the silhouettes of a man and a woman, commemorates the will of Andorran citizens, expressed in the referendum of 14 March 1993, to become a constitutional state that is democratic and social, as set out in Article 1 of the Constitution. To the right of the monument is the map of Andorra with the Latin inscription "VIRTVS VNITA FORTIOR" (United Virtue is Stronger), the motto of the Principality of Andorra. Around the design are the inscriptions "25è ANIVERSARI DE LA CONSTITUCIÓ 1993-2018" (25th Anniversary of the Constitution 1993-2018) and the name of the country, "ANDORRA". The coin's outer ring depicts the twelve stars of the European Union.
