Subject of the commemorative coin:
 75th anniversary of the introduction of universal women's suffrage

 Description:
 The centre of the coin depicts a ballot box coloured in by a pencil. The coloured box is surrounded by the Venus symbol (the gender symbol for woman/feminine). At the bottom left of the central image is the text 75 JAAR ANS. Around the image in Dutch and French is the text: “ALGEMEENWIJWEKSRECHT” – “SUFFRAGE UNIVERSEL FÉMININ”. At the bottom of the coin are the initials of the designer, Iris Bruijns. Since the Royal Dutch Mint will strike the coin, the mint mark of Utrecht, a mercury staff, together with the Belgian mint master mark, an aster for an Erlenmeyer flask, the country code “BE” and the year “2023” are at the bottom. The outer ring of the coin depicts the twelve stars of the European flag.
