 The design depicts a wolf silhouette and a forest. Against the edge of the inner ring, on the left, the country name “EESTI”, on the right, the year of issuance “2021” and at the top, the text “CANIS LUPUS” (Latin for wolf). The outer ring of the coin features the twelve stars of the European flag.
