 Description:
 The design features a portrait of Manolis Andronicos. At the inner left is the name “MANOLIS ANDRONICOS 1919-1992”, together with the year of issuance and a palmette (the mint mark of the Greek Mint). At the inner right is the wording “HELLENIC REPUBLIC”. Also visible at the right is the monogram of the designer (George Stamatopoulos). The coin’s outer ring features the 12 stars of the European flag.
