 Description of the design:
 The design shows the main hall of the “Casa de la Vall” (Andorran Parliament building) with the inscription “150 ANYS DE LA NOVA REFORMA DE 1866”, the year of issuance, “2016”, and the name of the issuing country, “ANDORRA”. This commemorative coin is issued to celebrate 150 years of the New Reform, one of the greatest steps in the history of Andorra and the Consell General (Andorran Parliament), which marked a social and political transformation in the Principality of Andorra. The coin’s outer ring depicts the 12 stars of the European Union.
