 Description:
 On the left in the inner part of the coin is the face of Grand Duchess Charlotte, with the face of Grand Duke Henri in front of it. Both are looking to the left. On the right in the inner part of the coin are written vertically: “LËTZEBUERG” and “2009”. This year is flanked by the mint master’s mark and the mint mark. The twelve stars of the European flag are depicted along the outer ring of the coin.
